MIKE KINGSTON

Vice President of Operations

Mike Kingston, Vice President of Operations at BUILD Commercial Construction, started his career in the construction industry as a Project Superintendent. Mike has also held roles as a Senior Project Manager and New Construction Division Manager giving him a well-rounded understanding of project delivery.

Mike is meticulous in his project management and coordination. Mike’s entire career has utilized the design-assist delivery method making him an integral component in projects from Pre-Construction through Closeout.

Working in the building sector, Mike has executed the following projects:

• Terrebonne General Medical Exterior Façade Upgrade - Houma, LA
• Camp Bow Wow Dog Daycare – Baton Rouge, LA
• Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery – Slidell, LA
• Lucky Dog Lodge Daycare – Prairieville, LA
• Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery – Rayville, LA
• Kidz Kove Play Park – Gonzales, LA
• Ascension Parish Government Complex – Gonzales, LA
• Public Storage-Historical Renovation – St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA
• $350 Million in Self Storage Construction in various locations
• Managed over 5.5 million square feet of construction throughout the southeastern US

Mike is a graduate of Archbishop Rummel High School in Metairie, LA. He received his Associates Degree of Applied Science in Construction Management from Baton Rouge Community College.
