PABLO LANIER

Construction Manager

Pablo joined the BUILD Commercial Construction team in early 2022. Pablo serves as Project Superintendent for BUILD Commercial Construction and brings a wealth of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing knowledge to the team. Pablo served as Construction Administrator for DBR Engineering Consultants on over 900,000 SF of Government, Education, and Multi-Use projects across the state of Texas. Pablo utilizes this knowledge base to assist clients with construction delivery schedules, cost savings opportunities, and mitigation of field conflicts.

Pablo is native of Baton Rouge where he attended Catholic High School and received an Associate in Occupational Studies, Construction Management from ITI Technical College.

Pablo also holds TWIC and GCSC 08 Basic Orientation Plus Certifications
