This historic structure was the original Baton Rouge Municipal Airport mechanic's building from when the airport was located on the Independence Park site. In 1970, this airport was formally closed due to inadequate space for modern aircraft.

The renovation of this space from a storage building to a fulfillment center involved a thoughtful design to maintain the historic elements which makes this building so special.
